BLAZE I.T. was awarded the contract to create the Digital Cartographic Reference Base for Southern Ontario. The project required the creation of 1:100,000 in Intergraph Microstation. This project required BLAZE staff to convert the paper based map series to digital format via table digitizing, scanning, raster to vector conversion and adherence to rigid quality assurance procedures as established by the Ministry.
